All too often we let the satisfaction of living our lives the way we imagine to be relegated solely to our imaginations. While it is hard not to fall into the trap of claiming that we are too busy or our schedules don’t work out or that it costs too much, most of the time its just complacency. We permit ourselves to think that we live in the narratives that we imagine ourselves in. A couple weeks ago I resolved to end this complacency and to live the narrative.

Ok, so what does all of this actually mean? Well, in short, it means that I have been breaking with what I would usually do in favor of what my gut pushes me to do. This is the impetus that lead to my Canada road trip a little while ago along with random bits and pieces since then.
